A very stylish original mid century glazed bookcase in teak and glass. Produced in the 1960’s it is handmade from solid teak, with one solid sliding door and two glass sliding doors. It has the very mid-century splayed legs to the bottom. We love the size, the lines and the practicality of it. The shelves are fixed height but can be removed completely, if desired. If you need any further close ups or have any questions, just ask us.
We think the piece offers lots of flexible storage capabilities as a bookcase, drinks cabinet, sideboard, display unit etc. It can easily be accommodated in to living, dining or bedroom styling. Fantastic and highly desirable mid century styling at such a great value for money price.

This washstand dates to the early part of the 20h Century, circa 1900-1920. It was handmade in solid mahogany with the most beautifully hand carved legs. The piece is completely original throughout and has aged perfectly. The brass handles are original and both drawers run freely and are very clean inside. A classic antique piece that will bring elegance and style to any room you need to put it in to. We have styled it as a bathroom piece but it would work equally as well in a hallway, bedroom etc.
We think it now offers a classic and chic piece with plenty of options for use.

This console is an elegant solid mahogany console table produced circa 1730 to 1760. It has some very attractive decorative features with beautiful legs and hand carved reeded framework . It retains its originality throughout with all three original brass handles in beautiful condition. The mahogany has aged superbly and in exceptional condition for a piece around 280 years old!
We think it now offers a classic and chic hall or dressing table with plenty of antique chic styling. All three drawers are clean and run easily, offering some very useful storage.

A really good original mid century glazed bookcase in teak and glass. Produced in the 1960’s it is handmade form solid teak, with quality dovetail joints to the carcass. It has a really good weight form the quality of teak used, together with the glass doors. We love the size, the lines and those cute little legs! The bookcase has all four of it’s original glass sliding doors.
The lower shelf has some adjustment on height, or can be removed completely. If you need any further close ups or have any questions, just ask us.

A gorgeous 1930’s double pedestal desk in a honey coloured oak. The desk dates from around the late 1920’s to late 1930’s and is in beautiful condition, fully cleaned and gently restored by us. This desk came to us from a private owner in Bedfordshire. It is presented in a beautifully aged colour and patina with a really nicely sized work surface for home use. The drawers run freely and have been cleaned internally. The bottom right hand drawer is a double height filing drawer. There are two pull out shelves to the top of both pedestals. Just look at that beautiful oak colour and grain – gorgeous!
A super looking desk, very useable for regular working with such a generous work surface and all of that storage.

A beautiful example of an original early 20th Century astragal glazed drinks cabinet. The piece dates from around 1910-1930 and is presented in a beautiful grain and original finish – not too dark and very warm tones with some stunning grain on the middle door. The glass in the doors is all original. Each door has a working lock and separate key. Inside each section the shelf heights are full adjustable in circa 2cm increments. The cabinet sits on beautiful Queen Anne legs, all in very good original condition. Difficult to find in such stunning condition!

The bottom right hand drawer is a double height filing drawer. There are two pull out shelves to the top of both pedestals. The legs are solid beech with the drawers and top in superbly grained oak. All of the brass handles are original and have aged perfectly to the highly desirable antique brass finish.
A super looking desk, very useable for regular working with such a generous work surface and all of that storage.

An excellent example of an original stacking bookcase in quality quarter drawn English oak. Produced around the early to mid 1930’s it is completely original throughout. It is a really clean and unusual example. It retains all of its original glass and handles. The bookcase sits on some unusual and rarely seen carved claw feet. Each section can be separated for easy transportation and assembly.
With so much flexibility, this piece could be a drinks cabinet, a bookcase, a bureau or a mix of any of those things together. It can easily be accommodated in to living, dining or bedroom styling. Fantastic and highly desirable. These gorgeous stacking bookcases are never with us for long.
