A gorgeous 1960’s handmade desk in beautifully grained teak. It dates from around the late 1950’s to mid 1960’s and is in excellent vintage condition. Fully cleaned and gently restored by us. This desk came to us form a private owner in the Lake District and was originally in the local school. It is perfectly sized for home use – not too big to accommodate but having a great sized work surface. Both drawers have their original brass D Handles and have been cleaned internally. The desk also retains its original top with only minimal signs of wear – excellent for the age of the desk.
The build and quality will mean the desk will appreciate in value if looked after well.

A beautiful late 19th Century Victorian glazed dresser in original satin walnut finish. It dates from around 1870 to 1900 and is in beautiful antique condition. The walnut has aged perfectly to give a finish only time can produce. Internally all four shelves are original and clean. They can be adjusted in height by moving the original shelf supports. Each hole is 2.5cm/ 1″ apart. Very flexible to suit your storage/ display needs perfectly.
All of the brassware is original and complete with working lock and one key. We think it would make a stunning statement piece to finish off a kitchen, kitchen/ diner, or dining room. It could also be a beautiful bookcase, a bathroom storage cabinet for towels and toiletries etc etc.

1930’s 5 Section Stacking Bookcase in Oak by Minty of Oxford

This is a super example of a Barrister’s style bookcase in oak, produced by Minty of Oxford. It dates from around the mid to late 1930’s and offers lots of very stylish storage. It is made from beautifully coloured and grained oak and Minty are renowned for their quality stacking bookcases. The bookcase is presented in excellent vintage condition. We replaced the original glass as it was leaded glass with many cracked panels. One section is very slightly deeper (2mm). The bookcase splits in to different sections for ease of moving to the room of your choice. Use as a bookcase, drinks cabinet, bathroom cabinet, cosmetics and perfume etc.

A good quality sheet music cabinet in mahogany. The four drawers all have drop down fronts that drop when you pull the drawers out. This would have been for easy access to the stored sheet music. Internally the drawers are in superb condition and very clean. All the very pretty drop handles are present. It offers superb storage for magazines, newspapers, mail, iPad etc. We think it makes a very stylish and contemporary hall table, side table, lamp table and remote store, bedside table, bathroom cabinet etc etc.

Beautiful Italian brass side tables dating to circa early 1970’s. Quality brass fluted column legs, sat on solid brass feet with solid brass top frames and stretchers. The smoked glass tops are all original and free form chips and visible scratches. The tables have an amazing weight (circa 25kgs) to reflect the quality of brass and glass gauges. All tables are sturdy and highly usable (not just decorative). Can be used as lamp tables, side drinks tables etc. Simple, stylish and looking very gorgeous!

A pretty chest of two over two graduated drawers in original condition. The drawers have the perfectly coloured and aged oak finish, complete with all original handles. All four drawers run easily and are clean inside with their original sides and bottoms. The scalloped low skirt adds feminine lines that the Edwardians were renowned for. In a beautifully aged colour this chest is a classic that will complement so many colour palletes and interior styles.

1980’s Heavy Steel Pigeon Hole Unit (No.s 1 to 20)

Original c 1980’s heavy steel gauge pigeon hold cabinet. The unit weighs around 35-40 kgs, not like modern flimsy adaptations. The unit has the best numbers from 1 to 20. The steel is powder coated in grey with original wear to prove its age and authenticity. We added a wooden top so that items can be placed on top, for either storage or display. Each pigeon hole is very generously sized for the largest adult sized shoes and ankle boots, taller items etc.
Superb industrial styling that is so useful and usable every day.

Stunning Georgian Linen Cupboard in Mahogany

A stunning Georgian linen cupboard dating from around the 1850’s to 1860’s. It came to us from a private owner that lived in Sloane Square and it was used exactly as described, full of beautiful linen for table dressing and bed sheets. Some incredible hand made lacework, tapestries and finest silk handkerchiefs.
The piece is finished in beautifully aged and coloured mahogany, displaying the best of the beautiful grain. The carcass displays additional quality finishing with central door stay in brass, brass internal sliding bolts etc. Internally the large haberdashery type drawers are also made from mahogany with oak bottoms. The upper section has its original working lock and key. The three drawers below all have working locks, locked by their own separate key. Very rare to find!
We adore the classic Georgian lines, the condition and beautifully aged patina. It is a stunning genuine antique and would make a beautiful addition to almost any room.
