An excellent example of an original stacking bookcase in quality quarter drawn English oak. Produced around the early to mid 1930’s it is completely original throughout. It is a really clean and unusual example. It retains all of its original glass and handles. The bookcase sits on some unusual and rarely seen carved claw feet. Each section can be separated for easy transportation and assembly.
With so much flexibility, this piece could be a drinks cabinet, a bookcase, a bureau or a mix of any of those things together. It can easily be accommodated in to living, dining or bedroom styling. Fantastic and highly desirable. These gorgeous stacking bookcases are never with us for long.
