£0FREE ground floor delivery on this item. Some more remote and rural areas will incur a charge. Delivery will be a dedicated two man team due to the weight, typically within 10 working days.
We just love the flexibility, practicality and style of this old school cupboard. It is made from mahogany and dates to around the 1920’s to early 1930’s. It is a heavy weight piece, reflecting the quality of hardwood used and the handmade carpentry. We adore how the cupboard has aged and what condition is remains in, considering its use in the past. The piece is antique and vintage so there will be imperfections and signs of wear. Amazing condition and style for its age but it is not new. Please check all photographs for the condition. We think it now makes a perfect hall or boot room cupboard to store away all those shoes, trainers, school bags and books etc. Though it could easily be a bookcase, drinks cabinet, media store etc.
The doors have internal bolts on the left hand door and a lock and key to the right hand door. Making sure the doors stay closed.

Read moreVintage Console Table / Drawers in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue
£0FREE Delivery on this item. Some further afield and rural areas will incur a charge.
This console is an original solid wood console table / chest of drawers originally produced circa early to mid 1980’s. It is a piece we loved for it’s design, with a bow front, a nice gallery top in solid wood and minimalist circular handles in solid wood. The piece has a good quality feel and weight to it, with dovetail joints and quality carpentry. It came to us in a tired state of dull dark brown and in need of restoration. We fully stripped the whole piece and refinished it in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue Estate Emulsion for a contemporary colour pop and very appealing matt finish. A clear coat of Annie Sloan chalk paint wax has also been applied, to seal against water and spills.
We think it now offers a very contemporary and useful console table or chest of drawers made from solid wood and offering many more years of use. Reclaimed and refinished furniture is so much better for the planet too!
Dimensions:
75cm High (to top, excluding gallery), 107cm Maximum Width, 55cm deep at the centre (of the bow front).

Read morec1910’s French Cinema Seats Fully Reupholstered
£0FREE shipping on this item within 10 working days. Further afield, remote and rural areas will incur a charge.
A truly stunning set of cinema seats dating from around 1910-20. There were in bad shape when we bought them but the whole piece was fully stripped down and the torn and threadbare material was discarded. The frame was fully cleaned and re-oiled to show the beautiful aged oak and amazing colour. The seats were reupholstered with new material but we kept the original springs (re-tied) and added new hessian and wadding. Even the upholstery tacks were back in the same holes as the previous tacks. A very sympathetic restoration and refurbishment that now offers a truly stunning and unique seat of seats.
The seats are popular in hallways where space may be tight but these seats are so beautiful they could be used in almost any room you choose.
Dimensions:
156cm width, 53cm Depth, 86cm max back height, 51cm seat height, 43cm seat depth
