This is a very handsome example of a Minty Bookcase in a rich Walnut finish, dating from the 1930’s. The top section has a Minty of Oxford label, to prove it’s authenticity. Used in legal offices, accountants etc Minty was one of the finest makers of these types of bookcases. This piece has four stacking sections in graduated heights with a deep bottom section for storage of larger books and items. Each section retains the original glass. There is also the original shelf to one of the sections and adjustable shelf height support system. Each section can be taken apart for easy transportation or relocation to another room. A great addition to any home!
Very on trend at the moment and versatile in its use.

£0Original mid 20th Century changing room/ gym bench. Beautiful patina to both the original wooden slats forming the seat and the underslung wire baskets. The rear legs required extending as the bench was originally fitted over heating pipes. Other than that the piece is completely original. Original legs are metal with all original paint and patina. The rear extensions have been formed from vintage solid wood before being painted black to match.
