A very attractive and beautifully coloured single tambour cabinet in Oak, dating from the mid 20th Century (c. 1960’s). It came to us from an actor in Cambridge. The cabinet comes with its original pull out haberdashery type shelves and brass label holders, which are just gorgeous and rare to find in these cabinets. All of the trays are easily removable, or height adjustable to accommodate whatever you need to store. We love the colour, size and condition on this cabinet. The size is perfect for the home and could be used as a cabinet for drinks, books, magazines, towels, CD’s etc etc. Not too large to over power but offering lots of beautifully stylish storage and having a real presence. The door runs exactly as it should and the lock works well (spring loaded release).
A very nice example of these incredibly popular tambour cabinets. This piece offers beautiful styling with lots of flexible storage capabilities. There are plenty of supports shoudl you wish to add more shelves. Or just ask us 🙂
