A very stylish and solid mid century teachers desk handmade in oak. It dates from around the late 1950’s to mid 1960’s and is in completely original condition but fully cleaned and gently restored by us. It presents itself in a beautiful honey coloured oak with superb original patina and a really generous work surface for home use. With eight free running drawers there is also a huge amount of very useful storage space. The bottom right hand drawer is a double height deep filing type drawer for extra storage.
English oak with quality dovetails joints to all drawers with original wooden drawer runners. The drawer internals are also very clean.
The build and quality will mean these desks can only appreciate in value if looked after well.
Please note this is a large desk and does not disassemble without having to re-fix and glue later. Therefore you should double check all measurements to ensure it will pass through doors, turn corners, stairs etc to get to the room of your choice.

£0Original mid 20th Century changing room/ gym bench. Beautiful patina to both the original wooden slats forming the seat and the underslung wire baskets. The rear legs required extending as the bench was originally fitted over heating pipes. Other than that the piece is completely original. Original legs are metal with all original paint and patina. The rear extensions have been formed from vintage solid wood before being painted black to match.

A simple and gorgeous Victorian school bench in antique pitch pine. It came to us from a school in Liverpool but needed some serious cleaning and restoration on the finish. It now offers a beautiful seat that would style up any hallway, boot room, utility room etc. All joints are solid and the bench is now fully cleaned and ready to place wherever you need it.
