A simply stunning old school glazed bookcase / cupboard dating from around 1920 to 1930. It came from a school in Surrey and still has SCC (Surrey County Council) stamped inside. It is in its original solid oak finish with with beautifully aged brass hardware. The piece is very solid and probably weighs in excess of 50 kgs. The oak is now the perfect colour with a patina that only time can create. A super size, offering so much stylish storage that it is no doubt a statement piece. The shelves are all fixed but the heights are given below. It could be used as a bookcase or kitchen cupboard for cups, glasses, plates etc.
