An excellent example of the ever popular Abbess desk in Oak. These are often referred to as Teacher’s desks. This one dates from around the 1950’s and is a superb rich colour and size. Two drawers to the pedestals offering lost of really useful storage, with the bottom drawer being a double height filing type drawer, complete with original dividers. This style also offers a really useful centre kneehole drawer for even more storage. The Abbess makers label are still in tact to the exterior of the drawer pedestal, stamped in the bottom of the kneehole drawer and also impressed in to the stationery tray. The desk is in really solid original condition with only the top needing a good clean and gentle refurbishment. A great size offering a generous fully functioning desk but not too large to be difficult to position or accommodate. The colour and condition are exactly right for a very stylish work/ study desk.

A truly stunning set of Victorian apothecary drawers dating from circa 1880-1900. Made from mahogany throughout, the colour condition and natural grain of the wood are nothing short of exceptional. All drawers run freely with pin dovetail joints showing the quality of construction by a highly skilled carpenter. 21 Drawers in two different sizes offer plenty of very useful storage. Very usable, extremely stylish and highly desirable.

This is an original vintage linen bus blind in a great size and super vintage condition. It came from a Bus in South Yorkshire first used in 1969. We bespoke mounted the blind in an antique white thick card mount and bespoke black wooden frame. With its age, size and condition the piece now offers some fantastic original vintage wall art. There are signs of use on the blind, as clearly this has been in use and rolled around many times but we would consider it in excellent vintage condition for the age. All part of its heritage and authenticity.
Such a different piece of wall art to hang wherever you choose.

A fantastic European settle bench dating from around the turn of the 19th/20th Century. Made in pine it is so stylish but so practical too. Can seat 4 people comfortably. A fantastic alternative to chairs at the main dining table. The storage underneath also offers a real advantage over chairs.
The bench has been painted in a deep Indigo blue to blend in to many contemporary palettes.
