This gym/ changing bench dates to the mid 1950’s and is a fantastic size and design. It is in completely original condition; fully stable with no wobbles and perfectly aged wear on the baskets, frame and wooden seat. Constructed from tubular steel it has a really good solid weight and looks fantastic. The size is generous but not over sized and difficult to accommodate. The hooks are set at adult height, not children’s. We gave the whole piece a good clean, and lightly waxed the frame with a clear wax for replenishment and a refresh.
This bench has all the superb old school styling you could want and a really good size. A perfect way of tidying up a hallway or entrance whilst adding a real style statement.

A very rare pair of Japanese bamboo ship’s deck chairs, finely made of bamboo slats, with folding armrests from the mid 20th century (circa late 1940’s-1950’s). The frame and seat slats are made completely from bamboo. They are fully functioning both in supporting weight for sitting and folding flat when required.
We adore the style, the colour and the patina on these chairs. They can be used as patio chairs, conservatory/ orangery but would also make perfect dress chairs for a bedroom, bathroom, hallway etc. Very stylish and very flexible.

This is an original vintage linen bus blind in a great size and super vintage condition. It came from a Bus in South Yorkshire first used in 1969. We bespoke mounted the blind in an antique white thick card mount and bespoke black wooden frame. With its age, size and condition the piece now offers some fantastic original vintage wall art. There are signs of use on the blind, as clearly this has been in use and rolled around many times but we would consider it in excellent vintage condition for the age. All part of its heritage and authenticity.
Such a different piece of wall art to hang wherever you choose.

A beautiful and very stylish late 19th Century Victorian glazed dresser / bookcase in original walnut finish. It dates from around 1880 to 1900 and has beautifully aged original cabinetry, glass, brass ware, locks and key for both sections. This came from a private Client home in SW London where it lived through three generations, owned by the same family. It is very stylish, classic and flexible in design and very flexible to match a vast array of room styles. The colour is superb having aged beautifully over the last 120 years+.
We think it would also make a fantastic individual bookcase/ dresser or kitchen / diner cabinet. The piece is tall though and does not split in to two sections for transportation. The bookcase stands at 231cm tall so please check your ceiling heights carefully before purchasing. This is an impressive size that will certainly commands lots of attention and only appreciate in value.

A fantastic solid and heavy oak desk that looks very contemporary and stylish. This desk dates from the late 1920’s to mid 1930’s. It is a beautiful colour and size with plenty of storage within the six drawers. The desk has three drawers to the left pedestal, a central knee hole drawer and a double height filing style drawer to the right pedestal, with a further standard sized drawer above. Both pedestals also have pull out top shelves for drinks, resting books, mouse mat etc. There is one small area of missing veneer to the left hand side panel of the desk. Please see the photographs for detailed condition.
These desk are most commonly referred to as teachers desks now. We have sold a number of these old teachers desks and they never hang around for long.
