This is a beautiful example of a Barrister’s style bookcase in perfectly aged mahogany. It dates from around the early to mid 1930’s and offers lots of very stylish storage. It is made from beautifully mahogany and Minty are renowned for their quality stacking bookcases. The bookcase is presented in exceptional condition for its age with all original glass. The bookcase splits in to different sections for ease of moving to the room of your choice. Use as a bookcase, drinks cabinet, bathroom cabinet, cosmetics and perfume etc.

A gorgeous solid oak bookcase dating from around the 1970’s. It weighs in the region of 50kgs, reflective of the quality and thickness of the solid oak used in its production. Even the shelves are made of thick solid oak. Each shelf is height adjustable via the side support system. Simply move the side supports to the place you want them and reinsert the shelves. A very cute and gorgeously coloured 1960’s solid oak bookcase. The bookcase has a good weight to it reflecting the solid oak and heavy glass doors used in its construction. Clearly hand made to a high standard and in excellent vintage condition. The upper glass and lower wooden doors are all original and slide freely. There is some height adjustability to the upper shelf. We love the colour and simplicity of the lines. It will fit in to most interiors and become a staple clean design piece that could easily move rooms/ homes with you.

A perfectly coloured oak example of a mid century glazed bureau bookcase cabinet by Minty of Oxford. Minty produced some really nice quality bookcases from the early 20th Century to the late 20th Century. This very flexible model was produced in the 1930’s and the oak has aged perfectly – not too dark and not too light. With so many storage sections it offers great flexibility as a bookcase, drinks cabinet, secretaire etc. All sections and doors are original and working exactly as they should be. No chips or scratches to the doors. The middle bureau section retains its original working lock and key for safe storage, should you need it.
Very stylish and super on trend at the moment. It would be hard to find a better example than this.

An excellent example of an original mid century low glazed bookcase/ unit, with original glass, shelf and supports. It was produced by G Plan and is made from very good quality oak with perfectly aged colouring. The shelf supports and retaining holes are brass and brass bound. The doors and shelf are all the original glass with no chips to the edges or visible scratches. With a trapezoid shape (narrower at the top, wider at the bottom) the bookcase is a stylish but very practical piece with a difference.
Very stylish, flexible in use, and easily accommodatable size.
