An excellent example of an original mid century glazed bookcase by Morris of Glasgow. Produced and stamped 1957 it is made from teak with a really nice shape and size. The bookcase retains its original glass, internal shelf adjustment system in brass, along with original brass bolts, lock and key. A very nice mid century design staple with the perfectly aged colour that will fit in to almost any room you need. This will just move rooms and styles with you for decades.
At 98cm high it offers lots of flexible storage capabilities as a bookcase, drinks cabinet, or even a TV stand. It can easily be accommodated in to living, dining or bedroom styling. The shelf is removable by moving the pegs/ supports and can be adjusted in height in circa 3cm increments. Fantastic and highly desirable mid century styling.
