This is a beautiful church pew made from solid sycamore. The condition of the pew is very good and the whole bench is structurally sound with no joint movements. The colour is perfect as is the overall patina and feel of the pew. We fully cleaned the pew, re oiled it with a moisturising oil and finished with a protective satin finish.
We adore the design, making it stand out from the masses of pews available. This is much more simplistic and almost Scandinavian design. The lends itself to being very flexible on how it can be styled and used in your home. It would make a beautiful hallway bench but equally could add real character and individuality as a dining table bench. Style and use exactly as you wish.
