Slim Edwardian Glazed Bookcase / Dresser in Oak

£0

FREE Shipping on this piece within approximately 130 mile radius of Cambridgeshire. More remote and rural locations will incur a charge.

A very stylish early 20th Century Edwardian glazed dresser / bookcase in original oak. It dates from around 1910 to 1920 and has original cabinetry, glass, handles,  and internal bolts. The width is much slimmer than most bookcases making it perfect for a slimmer alcove or tighter space. It is also not too tall, so will fit within most standard height rooms. We fully cleaned and gently restored the whole exterior then repainted the top internal section with Farrow & Ball Wevet colour paint. This has given the piece the mix of antique, rustic and contemporary. It is very stylish, subtle in design and very flexible in the colours – to match a vast array of room palletes. The colour is superb having aged beautifully over the last 100 years+. There will be some small cosmetic marks on the piece, please check all photographs and just ask if you have any further questions over the condition.

We think it would also make a fantastic and individual kitchen / diner cabinet or a bookcase/ dresser. The piece splits in to two sections for ease of transportation and siting.

Superb original antique chic charm with a very contemporary slant.

Dimensions:  210cm High, 88.5cm Max Width, 40.5cm Max Depth (bottom), 31cm Max Depth top section (at the top cornice)

Max internal storage within the bottom section: 34cm

Max internal storage within the top section: 22cm

Delivery requires a dedicated two man service and will be to ground floor only.
