FREE Ground Floor Only Shipping on this piece within approximately 130 mile radius of Cambridgeshire. More remote and rural locations will incur a charge.
A simply stunning and totally unique dresser / cupboard on original quarter drawn solid oak. It dates from around 1890 to 1910 and has the most incredible weight and design. The quality of oak, with panelled sides make this piece weigh over 150 kgs in total – a reflection of the quality of oak used and the superior quality of the hand made cabinetry. The top and bottom do split to make transportation and moving easier. The tambour doors run well, as do all the amazingly deep drawers. The left pull out shelf was missing when we acquired this. A replacement shelf has been made from antique quarter drawn oak, together with a new leather top. The horizontal pine pigeon hole dividers in the top can be slid out to make larger sections. There will be some small cosmetic marks on the piece, please check all photographs and just ask if you have any further questions over the condition.
