A very nice Antique French double tambour cabinet in Oak, dating from the early 20th Century (c. 1920-30). This is a really good sized example at 180cm/ 6ft tall. It also has a very nice label of provenance on the back, where it was originally supplied to an office on Rue de Rambervillers (Arrondissement 12) . The building has now been converted to very luxurious apartments averaging 2 million Euros to buy. It comes with original locks and two keys, together with lots of removable and adjustable internal shelves.
We rarely see these cabinets in such excellent original condition. A beautiful colour, size, and design. Both doors run freely making this a very practical piece that can be used on a daily basis.
A very nice example of a French tambour cabinet that offers beautiful styling with lots of storage capabilities. The inserts are easily removed should you want more space between shelves.
