The sign is hand painted on iron and retains fantastic colours and vibrancy, all with the perfect amount of patina. It has been mounted on an antique pine block but could also be wall mounted if you prefer. A great piece of fun fair heritage and some vintage art with a difference.

The figure retains some amazing vibrancy of colour and is in excellent vintage condition with no loss of ‘fingers’, nose ends etc. A superb piece that would make a fantastic piece of wall art. An original mid Century Emergency Exit sign. This fantastic sign was hand painted around the 1950’s to early 1960’s. It retains vibrant but superbly aged colours on it’s original wooden board. There are various marks and old paint runs etc. All can be seen in the images and all just add to its history. We think it is a superb piece of wall art now, a size that has a real impact statement without being huge and over powering. Some people may need to know where the nearest exit is over the Christmas period? 🙂
