£0A very rare early 20th Century double pedestal desk in oak by Globe Wernicke. Globe Wernicke were world renowned for producing their stacking Barristers’ bookcases in the first half of the 20th Century, following their buy out of Wernicke (Minneapolis) in 1899. The production of Globe Wernicke desks was in much smaller quantities and finding examples in good condition is becoming very rare indeed.

Manufactured in the early 1930’s, it is presented in its original colour and finish with the original leather top and original brass drop handles.
