£645FREE Delivery on this desk within approximately 150 miles of Cambridgeshire. More remote and rural locations will incur a charge.
An amazing desk in solid English oak, dating from the late 1930’s. This desk came from a one family ownership. The daughter used the desk as her study desk in the 1960’s and then kept it through her own life and numerous home moves. It is in beautiful condition with only minor age related marks to the original green top surface. The beautiful brass cup handles also carry the GR and Crown stamps. The three generous drawers all run freely, have been sanded to their bottoms and cleaned – some residual spilled ink marks remain one one drawer, as per photograph. There are cosmetic marks and signs of use to the original top but it is in exceptional condition for its age (and we have sold a fair few of these desks). Please see photographs.
We have had a number of these George V and George VI desks and they always sell so so quickly.
This will only get better with age and appreciate in value. A superb quality antique desk.
Dimensions:
152m Wide, 91cm Deep, 76.5cm High
Please note that this desk does not disassemble. Please check all measurements to ensure the desk can pass through all doorways and access points before purchasing.

£115FREE UK Shipping on this piece via ParcelForce 48.
A gorgeous original vintage decorative piece from France. We estimate this heavy pewter jug dates from the 1940’s to 50’s. It would have been used as a wash jug and probably a vase at later points. We adore the perfect ageing of its colour and condition. Some marks and small dings that proves its age and authenticity. We think it would now make a beautiful vase, decorative display piece or look fantastic in the right bathroom. A quality piece reflected in its circa 5kg weight. This will just get better and better with age!
Sold without the artificial flowers shown in the photographs but please contact us if you would like a spray of flowers as photographed.
