A stunning 19th Century swivel office chair by James Shoolbred. Presented in beautifully aged and coloured walnut with leather seat pad. Jas (James) Shoolbred of Tottenham Court Road was a designer and producer of quality furniture from the late 19th Century (1860) through to 1931 when it finally ceased trading. This is a beautiful example of their work and a name to seek and treasure.

An original 1980’s Emergency Exit light up sign. The casing is in its original painted metal finish with some light signs of age, giving it its provenance. The front light film is green, making it highly authentic and offering a fantastic light with a difference. The light has been rewired with a new bulb holder and black twisted fabric cord. Chains could be added if you wanted to suspend the lightbox.

A beautifully carved early 20th Century glazed cabinet. The piece dates from around 1900-1920 and is presented in very good original condition with all original glass and hardware. The cabinet has a very good weight to it, reflecting the quality of wood used. We refinished the back in farrow & Ball Wevet Eggshell to give it a great backdrop for whatever you would like to display inside. There is one small crack to one pane of glass. Hardly noticeable at approx. 1cm in the corner of one pane but we have photographed for transparency.
A beautiful cabinet, be it for books, drinks, bathroom towels and toiletries – or whatever you choose.

A very chic and stylish astragal glazed cabinet in super condition. The piece dates from around the mid Century and is presented in beautiful refurbished condition. The doors have a fantastically clean and symmetrical pattern to them – not too fussy and detailed but some great lines. The glass in the doors is all original. The back of the cabinet has been refinished in Farrow & Ball Wevet to really freshen up the piece and provide a great backdrop for displaying your chosen items. Both shelves are flexible in their height adjustment. We think it would make a superb bookcase, drinks cabinet, display cabinet etc.

A superb early Georgian mule chest in solid oak. This beautiful chest dates to around the middle of the 18th Century. It would have been used to store blankets, candles, matches etc originally. The chest has a beautifully aged oak colour and patina – very warm and gorgeous. The chest is solid in its construction with some quality panel work to the front and both sides. With two lower drawers and some beautiful brass handles the chest now offers lots of fantastic antique storage.
It can be used in so many ways: as a coffee table, lamp/ side table, TV Stand, toy box, blanket box, log and kindling store etc etc. It is very clean inside and has the benefit of two lower drawers (remote controls?!)
Original, beautiful, very hard to find and a real treasure.
