An original hand painted fair ground sign dating from around the early 1920’s. It would have been part of a fairground side stall in its hey day. It is hand painted on board, retains nice vibrant colours and miraculously shows little signs of age and wear. A perfectly ‘used’ piece of vintage wall art with superb patina. We adore the vibrancy and fun of this piece – be it in a kitchen, café, diner etc. A rare find!

A very cute and stylish desk / table by Abbess. Made from a beautifully rich Walnut and walnut veneer it could be used as a desk, if space is tight, a cute dressing table or hall/ console table. It could equally be a great desk for a child or teen. Made around the late 1960’s to early 1970’s it retains the Abbess label inside the drawer and is stamped to the bottom of the drawer. Superb Retro styling and a great colour. A desk/ table with a difference. There is one very small area of missing/ cracked veneer to the bottom left corner of the drawer. Very small indeed but please see photograph for size.

£0An original Ritter (of Germany) Dental cabinet dating from around 1910-20. This was in a sorry state when it came to us but has now been fully refurbished. Standing on the original marble plinth with all original glass, shelves and handles. Unfortunately some of the glassware to the drawer handles did not survive the 100+ years. We decide to leave the bases on the drawers as they are still the original bases.
The piece has been finished in Farrow & Ball’s Green Smoke; which we think just complements the overall aesthetics perfectly.
We are unashamedly in love with this cabinet and it has lit up many eyes from the people that have seen the piece in the flesh. Stunning!
Very rare and we have not seen another one like it anywhere…..
