Early 20th Century Harris Lebus Drawers in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue

This is an original early 20th Century chest of drawers originally produced circa late 1930’s to early 1940’s. It came to us in a tired state of dull dark brown and in need of restoration. We fully stripped the whole piece and refinished it in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue Estate Emulsion for a contemporary colour pop and very appealing matt finish.  A clear coat of Annie Sloan chalk paint wax has also been applied, to seal against water and spills. The chest has some details to it and superb handles.

We think it now offers a very contemporary and useful chest of drawers made by the very well established producers Harris Lebus. Reclaimed and refinished furniture is so much better for the planet too! Please note this will have some signs of age with cosmetic signs of wear, though nothing significant, it is not a new piece. Please look at all photographs carefully for the condition and just ask if you have any further questions.
