FREE Ground Floor delivery on this piece within approximately 130 mile radius of Cambridgeshire. Further afield locations will incur a surcharge to send via couriers.

A beautiful quality early 20th Century glazed dresser / bookcase in original tiger oak. It dates from around the 1930’s in the style of George III. It has original cabinetry, glass, escutcheons and working locks (one key). We fully cleaned and gently restored the whole exterior then repainted the top internal section with Farrow & Ball Wevet colour paint. This has given the piece the perfect mix of antique and contemporary. It is very stylish, classic in design and very flexible in the colours – to match a vast array of room palletes. The colour and quality of the oak is superb having aged beautifully over the last 90 years+.

We think it would also make a fantastic and individual kitchen / diner cabinet or a bookcase/ dresser. The top shelves are all very easily adjusted in height by around 2cm in each increment. Or shelves and supports can easily be removed if you need to store taller items. The piece splits in to two sections for ease of transportation and siting. The bookcase stands at 224cm tall so please check your ceiling heights carefully before purchasing. This is an impressive size that will certainly commands lots of attention.

Superb original antique chic charm with a very contemporary slant.
