£0FREE Ground Floor Delivery on this item within approximately 10 days. More remote and rural areas will incur a charge.
An usual but very stylish and useful vintage sideboard/ cabinet. There is no major age to this cabinet – we estimate late 1980’s but we love the tambour rolling doors and the pull out haberdashery type trays. It could make a perfect TV stand too! Both doors run freely, as do all five trays. The trays are generously sized to be very useful for storing papers, magazines, CD etc etc. The right hand section has a removable shelf but is also large enough for 12″ vinyl records, large books etc. Something different and pretty on trend at the moment too.
The pull out trays are beech fronted in solid wood with white bottoms. The shelf easily removes or slides back in to the right hand cupboard.

£0FREE Ground Floor delivery on this item. Post codes far away from us (Cambridgeshire) will incur a surcharge to send via couriers.
A very stylish 1950’s sideboard in golden oak, produced by Beautility. Beautility Furniture was founded in 1896 in Shoreditch London. They even made parts for the DeHavilland Mosquito during World War II. The company existed until 1957 when the two remaining sons finally retired.
This piece is of very solid construction with a very good weight – reflective of the quality of materials used. It is in very good original condition with only very small cosmetic marks, as would be expected. There is the tiniest of a chip to one edge of a glass door. Probably 2mm but we always prefer to highlight any ‘damage’. Both glass doors are original and slide exactly as they were designed to do. The doors and drawers all run freely. Superb mid century style with quality materials and a fantastic look.
So much flexible storage!

£0FREE Ground Floor Delivery on this item, within approximately 10 days. Some more remote and rural locations will incur a charge.
An original 1920’s school cabinet saved from a school in Manchester. We rescued this cupboard from a Primary school that opened in 1921, where the cupboard has been since new. We bought the cupboard to give the school money towards their planned library refurbishment. It stored books, paperwork and paints originally. The size, colour, weight and quality of oak are just perfect for the age and style of the piece. This piece weighs circa 70kgs, as a reflection of the quality of oak and craftsmanship that went in to finishing the cabinet. It has most original brass-ware and internal door catch. The carcass, doors and internal shelves are all completely original.
We had to thoroughly clean and do some gentle restoration to the cupboard, to make it the condition it is today. We think it would make the perfect hall cupboard, or boot room cupboard. Though it could easily be a kitchen larder, bathroom towel store, bed linen cupboard etc etc.
Given the right room and position this will gain LOTS of attention and admiration.
Dimensions:
183cm High, 133cm Wide, 45cm Max Depth (top cornice). Depth of main cupboard – 40cm.
It will require a dedicated two man delivery team due to the weight.

£0FREE Two man ground floor delivery on this item within approximately 10 days. Some more remote areas will incur a charge.
A very stylish and chic antique sideboard with lots of style and storage. This sideboard dates from around 1910-1930 and is very clearly French in its design and lines. It is a very well made piece from solid wood and the weight fully reflects the quality hand made construction. There has been some true craftsmanship in being able to achieve the sweeping lines, the carving work to the corbels and the turned feet. The drawers retain their original brass handles with beautiful intricate design. The two bottom drawers are some of the deepest we have come across! With seven drawers in total there is so much storage space to hide away all the necessary but unsightly things you need. All drawers run freely, open and close fully.
We fully refinished the sideboard in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue then finished with Annie Sloan clear furniture wax for a protective finish.
