This is a very stylish and comfortable 1960’s chair by Walter Knoll (Germany). It is presented in its original black leather with no rips, tears or scuffs; a couple of very minor signs of wear to the corners. The cantilever frame is of heavy gauge steel and has aged very nicely to a more satin like patina. The chair weighs circa 12+kgs which reflects the quality of construction. The leather on the seat, back and arm rests is all of good quality grade. A superb vintage chair that can be used as a desk chair, an armchair or purely dress chair. One to treasure and keep!

This is a very cool and comfortable 1970’s armchair. It is presented in its original black leather with no rips, tears or scuffs. It is well worn in to give it the original Retro style but is in super condition for its age. We gave the leather a clean and some black conditioning cream. The chair sits on a very attractive chrome swivel base. It couldn’t be much more comfortable, 70’s or cool if it tried? Mastermind wannabes welcome 🙂

This is a vey rare chair produced by Angrave of Leicester (1912 to 2011 sadly). There were the last UK hand producers of cane furniture, prior to their closure in 2011. The company was a small family business only ever owned by an Angrave. This is a rare example in black weave with chrome legs. Very comfortable too! We think it has the perfect Retro look and will only appreciate in value with age and carful ownership. It is a perfect statement chair and could be used in pretty much any room you choose.

A fantastic original mid Century Barber’s chair originally from Sicily. We estimate the chair originally dates to around the mid 1960’s. The chair was bought and imported by a UK Barber shop in Stamford, Lincolnshire. They used it until recently when they bought brand new Belmont Vintage style chairs at £6,000 each! This chair had splits in the coverings when it came to us. We fully reupholstered both the seat and backrest in the same quality black leather. The foot pump height adjuster still works and the chair rotates very smoothly. The chair is very heavy and has an excellent commercial build quality throughout. We think it now offers a superbly stylish statement chair just waiting for its perfect setting and new owner.
We do love this chair!

The chairs were manufactured by Antocks Lairn of High Wycombe in the late 1970s. We had them fully stripped and professionally reupholstered in a very good quality thick grade Italian smooth leather. The teak bentwood frames were cleaned and gently restored to show off their original vintage colour and natural patina. The steel sub frames are completely original and have aged perfeclty to leave a satin finish rather than a full shine. They are a really good weight for their size and very comfortable to sit on. Superb Retro style, very much in the manner of an Eames chair.
We love these chairs, which would be perfect for home, shop or commercial use.

The chairs were manufactured by Antocks Lairn of High Wycombe circa the late 1970s. The leather is supple, thick and of a good grade with the stitching and curved bottoms at the rear all indications of high quality manufacturing. The smooth, angular, frames are well engineered with the bottom of the legs having a chiselled base. They are heavy for the size and very comfortable to sit on.
