A beautiful design by A Younger from the late 1960’s to early 1970’s. The sideboard has the quality hand craftsmanship and weight expected by this good quality producer. The main cabinetry is made of beautifully grained afromosia (African teak), complemented by teak doors and drawers. All of the drawers and internal sections of the piece are clean and run freely. We have sold a number of pieces by A Younger and they are incredibly popular for their beautiful minimalist sleek lines.
With two cupboard areas and 4 drawers there is a vast array of storage space available. It could be used as a TV stand and media unit, drinks cabinet and books etc etc. Amazing mid century styling in a beautiful finish by a very well regarded name. It’s got it all.

We do love the colour and very rare rosewood handles. With three cupboard spaces and three drawers the piece offers lots of very stylish and really useful storage. Try finding another one of this size and design by Nathan? And £500 cheaper than the much more common Nathan circles design……..

A very nicely sized and designed 1960’s sideboard in teak and afromosia wood. Presented in good vintage condition. The style, size and condition make this a very on trend piece either as a side board, vinyl store, TV stand, media unit etc. A unique and very practical piece of 1960’s furniture. We do love the lines on this one!
There a very small cosmetic issues to the top of the sideboard. Literally a few 2mm dark spots and one feint mark to the front of the top drawer. Still in exceptional condition for its age but we have to point these small details out to be honest.

A very nicely sized and coloured teak sideboard by Austinsuite. Presented in good vintage condition. The style, size and condition make this a very on trend piece either as a side board, vinyl store, TV stand, media unit etc. A unique and very practical piece of 1960’s furniture. We do love the more compact size, the colour and those legs!
There are two cosmetic issues to the corners of the sideboard and are very small at circa 4mm but please see photographs for detail. There are also some cosmetic marks inside the cupboards but not visible when closed (also photographed).

A very nicely sized and coloured G Plan Fresco sideboard. Presented in very good vintage condition. We believe the legs are a later addition/ replacement (not done by us) but they are in keeping with the original afromosia legs that we have seen on other G Plan Fresco pieces. These legs are 1960’s in excellent condition and obviously make the piece unique. The style, size and condition make this a very on trend piece either as a side board, vinyl store, TV stand, media unit etc. A unique and very practical piece of 1960’s furniture.

A truly stunning and rare model sideboard by Meredew. It is of heavy solid construction from beautifully grained teak wood. The handles are made from leather with a stitch line for finish. Dating to around the late 1960’s it is a rare model that we have only found one other example of, which sold for £1674 GBP equivalent on a well known antique and vintage furniture site. We did no restoration work as the piece has clearly been loved and well looked after. We simply cleaned it and give it a buff. The wood and construction are of a high quality, reflected in the weight of the finished piece and the finishing. It was originally supplied by Duggan’s furniture store in Cardiff (opened in 1920), with the label still present on the back.
With three large cupboard areas and four easy running drawers there is a vast array of storage space available. It could be used as a TV stand and media unit, drinks cabinet and books etc etc. Amazing mid century styling in a beautiful finish by a very well regarded name. It’s got it all.

A very stylish 1960’s sideboard in teak by UNIFLEX. This sideboard has beautiful grain and perfectly aged rich colouring. It offers lots of very useful and flexible storage but not being too big to able able to easily accommodate at home. UNIFLEX furniture is well made, as can be felt in the good weight of this piece and also the brass cup feet, brass mushroom handles and nice brass door catches. The drawers are all clean inside as are both side cupboards. It could also make a fantastic TV stand.

A very stylish 1950’s sideboard in teak by Nathan. This sideboard has some fantastic 1950’s style lines and the perfect mid century base with splayed ‘rocket’ legs in beech. Offering lots of very useful and flexible storage but not being too big to able able to easily accommodate at home. Nathan furniture was formed in 1916 and this is an early mid century piece of theirs, denoted by the style of the pinned metal badge. With beautiful teak grain and lots of storage these mid century sideboards have exploded in popularity – and we totally get why!
