1970’s Tambour Sideboard by Abbess
£0FREE Ground Floor Delivery on this item within approximately 130 miles of Cambridgeshire. More remote and rural areas will incur a charge.
We love this original 1970’s Retro sideboard. It was produced by the ever popular Abbess and still retains its maker’s label. It has a really nice weight and beautiful teak grain. All 10 haberdashery type pull out drawers are original, clean and run very easily. Perfect for storing magazines, CD’s, remote controls, tablets etc etc. The central section is deep enough to store 12″ vinyl records too, with the shelf removed for height clearance. The shelf can be removed or height adjusted with the original brass shelf supports. With those gorgeous teak tambour/ roller doors it is difficult to know if it looks best with the doors open or closed. You decide?!
We think it makes a perfectly Retro styled sideboard or TV/ Media Unit. So very on trend at the moment. We have a real soft spot for this piece.
