An original, circa late 1950’s to mid 1960’s, plan chest. This gorgeous chest is presented in its original condition with some superb colouring and patina. It is in very good condition for its age and now offers a unique large coffee table suggestion, or a superb TV and media stand. Three very large drawers means lots of storage for magazines, ipads, laptops, remote controls etc. All very neat and tidy with a superb mid century style. Very on trend currently.

This gym bench dates to around the late 1950’s to early 1960’s. It is a heavy solid piece being surrounded in 23mm thick wood and having 16 shoe baskets. The shoe baskets are also nice and deep at 31cm, so they can easily accommodate large adult size footwear. SO much storage! We have also sold these to customers that want a different style TV Stand. A great idea too!
This bench is in super condition both in the solid framework and the galvanised metal shoes baskets. Most of the baskets get bent or broken over the years but this one is in really good, straight condition, with perfect aged patina to the metal work. We fully stripped and cleaned the piece, then re-fixed and re-glued all joints for safety. We also gently restored the wood to its original finish. It has all the original style and character but ready for another 60+ years of use.
These are very popular benches and we are finding it harder and harder to get them like this. Every time we manage to find one it flies out to another very happy customer. This one is unlike most due to being bigger and having lots more baskets.
A perfect way of tidying up a hallway or entrance whilst adding a real style statement.

A very sleek original mid Century low sideboard in teak and teak veneer. It sits on four black tapered wooden legs to finish the clean lines with mid century styling. Although this piece originally dates form around the late 1960’s we think it looks very fresh and contemporary with that unique character and style that only an original piece brings.
