We have a matching pair of these gorgeous 1960’s low armchairs. The chairs are constructed from quality teak framework with beautiful design and offering a really comfortable seat. The upholstery is original and still showing its warm mink colour. All of the springs to the seat and back are their original metal; all in tact and working exactly as they should be. We love the original 1960’s look of the chairs but the condition is truly exceptional for a pair of armchairs that are around 60 years old. No fading to the velour. A beautiful and stylish pair of vintage chairs that will look fantastic when styled and in their new home.
Both chairs are structurally solid. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.

We have a set of these four gorgeous and dining chairs produced by GPlan, with their original makers labels for authenticity. The chairs are constructed from quality teak with beautiful design and a really nice solid weight; reflective of the quality of teak used. We reupholstered all of the original (stained material) seats in a new fabric to easily accommodate and complement most colour palettes. The colour is darker than the images make it appear. We would say it is a dark gold/ saffron colour ‘in the flesh’. Classic and neutral, in keeping with the age and colour of teak – without being boring.
All chairs are structurally solid. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.

We have a set of these four gorgeous and rare dining chairs designed by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen & Son (production) in the 1950’s. The chairs are constructed from oak. The seats have been later recovered and now need reupholstering to your individual taste. Or the covers can be stripped off and the seats restored back to wood. We have a set of these four gorgeous and rare dining chairs produced by Schonning & Elgaard in Randers, Denmark, in the 1960’s. The chairs are constructed from quality teak with beautiful design and sculptural form to the framework. The brand is a pretty rare find. Our research has shown that a set of four original chairs by Schonning & Elgaard from the 1960’s regularly sell at £1000-1400. This set is in excellent condition, a fine example. We had them reupholstered in a new fabric to easily accommodate and complement most colour palettes.
All chairs are structurally solid. Only one chair retains its original makers sticker, to prove their authenticity. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.
