We have a set of these four gorgeous vintage dining chairs designed by Leslie Dandy and produced by GPlan. They retain their original upholstery in very good clean condition and their original GPlan makers labels for authenticity. The chairs are constructed from quality teak with beautiful design and a really nice solid weight; reflective of the quality of teak used. We love the carver chairs, which would make great feature chairs in an eclectic mix of chairs around a dining table. As a four they represent a very nicely designed set of solid wooden chairs at superb value for money.
All chairs are structurally solid. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.

We have a set of four of these dining chairs produced by Ercol. They were made in the early 1960’s and have the stamps of authenticity to the underside (please see photograph). They are beautifully designed and crafted chairs but made with everyday use in mind. With neat proportions and sleek lines the chairs work so well in contemporary, skandi, or traditional interiors. All chairs have solid joints with no movement. Beautifully aged colours to both the elm seats and beech frames. Hardwood throughout, not like most modern mass produced dining chairs these days.
The chairs are sixty years old and will bear some cosmetic signs of use, please see photographs for close up condition. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.

We have a full set of six of these dining chairs produced by Swedish Designer Yngve Ekstrom. They were made in the early 1960’s from beech frames and elm veneer seats. They are beautifully designed chairs but made with everyday use in mind. With neat proportions and sleek lines the chairs work so well in contemporary, skandi, or traditional interiors. All chairs have solid joints with no movement. The seat supports are well crafted with finger joint work to each of the corners, marking the quality of construction. Beautifully aged colours to both the elm seats and beech frames. Hardwood throughout, not like most modern mass produced dining chairs these days.

We have a set of these four gorgeous and dining chairs produced by GPlan, with their original makers labels for authenticity. The chairs are constructed from quality teak with beautiful design and a really nice solid weight; reflective of the quality of teak used. We reupholstered all of the original (stained material) seats in a new fabric to easily accommodate and complement most colour palettes. The colour is darker than the images make it appear. We would say it is a dark gold/ saffron colour ‘in the flesh’. Classic and neutral, in keeping with the age and colour of teak – without being boring.
All chairs are structurally solid. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.

We have a set of these four gorgeous and rare dining chairs produced by Schonning & Elgaard in Randers, Denmark, in the 1960’s. The chairs are constructed from quality teak with beautiful design and sculptural form to the framework. The brand is a pretty rare find. Our research has shown that a set of four original chairs by Schonning & Elgaard from the 1960’s regularly sell at £1000-1400. This set is in excellent condition, a fine example. We had them reupholstered in a new fabric to easily accommodate and complement most colour palettes.
All chairs are structurally solid. Only one chair retains its original makers sticker, to prove their authenticity. These are a design classic that will just get better with age.
