An early 20th Century settle bench with under seat storage. Made in pine it is rustic styling with a super colour scheme. Can seat 4 people. A fantastic alternative to chairs at the main dining table or a superb hall bench. The storage underneath also offers a real benefit to store shoes, cushions, blankets, dog leads, coats etc.
The bench came directly from a private owner returning back to the UK from France. They had it painted and hand waxed for protection. A very stylish and very practical bench. These are certainly getting harder to find.

It now presents itself in a neutral pale grey with areas of wear and distress; reflective of the age of the piece. It is very generously sized and can seat 4 people comfortably.
