Original 19th Century antique coat hooks. These beautiful hooks are very decorative and have been hand made in brass around 1850-1890. The hooks need to be wall mounted via the original brackets to the rear. Five deep generous hooks in total offer lots of beautifully stylish antique hanging space. The three hooks in the middle can slide left to right should you need to position them across the rail. The brass has aged perfectly with a superb antique patina. They could of course be used in a kitchen as a pan rack or for hanging utensils, herbs etc.
Fixed to the wall in the right space these hooks would make a real statement and get lots of admiration.

A beautiful original Victorian antique coat rack (circa 1860-1890). We adore the stunning detail of the hooks and end supports! The supports, hooks and rail end finials are made from solid brass, with brass cross tubes. The brass is perfectly aged from years of use and oxidisation. The rack can accommodate coats, scarves, hats etc with the hooks and rails/ shelf above. The hooks slide across the bottom bar to space them exactly as you wish. Of course they could be used in the kitchen to hand pans, utensils, dried flora and foliage etc.
Just a beautiful rare antique coat rack – however you would like to use them. Very hard to find in such amazing original condition (being circa 150 years old!)

£0Original 19th Century French antique coat hooks (circa 1880-1900) in painted wrought iron with shelf above. We love the rustic style and flexibility of these hooks. Painted at least twice over the years (not by us) they now offer some very nice rustic, but decorative, French styling that can be used in different ways. As much as these can be used for coats, scarves hats etc. they would also look fantastic in a kitchen with copper pans hanging and your choice of pots and pans or decorative styling on the top shelf.
The paint is aged with marks, scuffs, scratches etc – as you would expect from years of use. This all just adds to the fantastic antique character. Lovely decorative iron work brings the whole piece together as a great item to own and cherish.
