A very generous and Retro style 1970’s desk in teak veneer. It came to us from a small printing business office in Kent, where it had been since new. We love the proportions, the 70’s styling and the perfect Retro handles. With a large work surface and lots of storage this would make a perfect work from home, study or even small business desk. Plenty of space for very regular use. It is a heavyweight piece and well constructed from teak veneer with steel legs.
There are two pull out shelves to the top of the pedestals. The bottom left hand drawer is also a double height filing drawer.

A super looking original 1970’s Retro desk in teak. Produced by Lucas Furniture it is of very well made construction for commercial/ small business use originally. Produced in a lovely aged coloured teak the desk is original throughout. The black vinyl top is original and in excellent vintage condition for its age. The desk is not too big for home use but offers a really good sized work surface. With three clean drawers it is more than capable of being used as a regular work or study desk.
We think it has a great colour, welll constructed and has such a great Retro 70’s look!
Please ensure you check all measurements for access and siting, before purchasing. The desk does not disassemble.

A very large and generous 1970’s Retro desk in teak veneer. It came to us from a small printing business office, where it had been since new. The desk is made for a corner with its L shape. The right hand leaf can be removed to leave a single pedestal desk. The right hand leaf also contains a tambour door fling section, complete with original trays. We love the proportions, the 70’s styling and the Retro handles. With a huge work surface and lots of storage this would make a perfect work from home, study or small business desk. Plenty of space for very regular use. It is a heavyweight piece and well constructed from teak veneer with steel legs. If access is tight this desk could be de-constructed for delivery.
There is a pull out shelf to the top of the pedestal, above the drawers. The bottom drawer is also a double height filing drawer.

We estimate that it dates form the late 1970’s to mid 1980’s and it came to us from Cambridge University as they were upgrading/ modernising the lecturer’s offices. We love the colour of the teak, the 70’s styling and the fact that the legs can be removed if you have a tight access space, such as narrow doors or a narrow staircase to the attic room etc. With a generous work surface and two drawers this would make a perfect work from home or study desk. Plenty of space for very regular use once fully assembled. It is a well weighted piece and well constructed from teak veneer, solid wooden drawer sides and bottoms, with steel legs.
