A beautiful double pedestal ‘teachers’ style desk in a perfectly aged honey oak colour. It dates from the early to late 1930’s and is in completely original condition but fully cleaned and gently restored by us. It has six very clean and free running drawers – three of which lock with their original locks and one key (present). The size is fantastic. Not too large to be able to accommodate at home but offering lots of storage and a really nicely sized work surface for home use. The bottom right hand drawer is a double height deep filing type drawer for extra storage.
English, handmade oak with quality carpentry joints. Perfect for your home office, studying, or small business desk.
Please note that the desk does not easily disassemble. Please therefore check all of your doorways and access points to make sure the desk can reach the room of your choice.

A beautiful double pedestal ‘teachers’ style desk in a beautifully aged golden oak colour. It dates from the late 1920’s to early 1930’s and is in completely original condition but fully cleaned and gently restored by us. The tapering at the feet is very Art Deco in its lines. The size is fantastic. Not too large to be able to accommodate at home but offering lots of storage and a really nicely sized work surface for home use. All five drawers are clean and free running. The bottom right hand drawer is a double height deep filing type drawer for extra storage, complete with internal sliding divider in beautiful oak.

This desk does disassemble if you have a tight space. The top can be removed and the pedestals carried separately to the space you need the desk in. Please let us know if you woudl like the desk assembled or disassembled prior to delivery.
