A stunning waiting room bench from the turn of the early 20th Century, circa 1910-30. It is walnut framed with beautiful turned detailing to the legs and arms. The frame is handmade from solid walnut, which has aged perfectly. The bentwood seat is punch hole designed from a neo-Gothic pattern, very much reflecting the UK Arts & Crafts movement of the era. We adore the design, colour and natural patina from years of ageing and use. The bench is not too large to accommodate and would look stunning in a hallway, dining area or kitchen. The bench does have signs of cosmetic use and wear, as you would expect from seating that is around 100 years old. Please see photographs for condition and just ask us if you would like further photographs.
Just stunning!
