A pretty rare and highly collectible piece of BBC/ Broadcasting memorabilia memorabilia. The sign dates to around the 1960’s, constructed from a metal outer casing with Perspex insert. The Perspex is reverse printed and translucent to let the light pass through. It was made in Germany by Amato and is in really lovely original condition. It has been rewired with a new lamp holder and twisted fabric cord for authenticity. Such a fantastic little lamp. Perfect as a desk lamp, bedside lamp or anywhere you would like to show it off lamp 🙂
The sign now makes for a highly collectible piece, a great man cave display piece or just a light with a real difference for the petrol head in your life.
Dimensions: 14cm wide including bracket (excludes lamp holder), 12cm High, 10cm Deep. Insert/ Face is 11cm x 8cm.

£0An original Ritter (of Germany) Dental cabinet dating from around 1910-20. This was in a sorry state when it came to us but has now been fully refurbished. Standing on the original marble plinth with all original glass, shelves and handles. Unfortunately some of the glassware to the drawer handles did not survive the 100+ years. We decide to leave the bases on the drawers as they are still the original bases.
The piece has been finished in Farrow & Ball’s Green Smoke; which we think just complements the overall aesthetics perfectly.
We are unashamedly in love with this cabinet and it has lit up many eyes from the people that have seen the piece in the flesh. Stunning!
Very rare and we have not seen another one like it anywhere…..

£0An original school changing/ gym bench dating from circa 1950-60. This one has everything – a beautiful teak seat, original shoes baskets and trolley wheels to the front, original hooks above. Both the wood and metalwork have been refinished to give a fantastic piece, with all the character still remaining. The hooks above are original, in excellent condition and have an almost Art Deco shape/ design to them. Very unusual actually.

£0Original mid 20th Century changing room/ gym bench. Beautiful patina to both the original wooden slats forming the seat and the underslung wire baskets. The rear legs required extending as the bench was originally fitted over heating pipes. Other than that the piece is completely original. Original legs are metal with all original paint and patina. The rear extensions have been formed from vintage solid wood before being painted black to match.
We love the style and practicality offered!
