It has been fully cleaned and re-waxed to show the beauty of the oak. The tambour door works smoothly, as do all drawers and the pull out top shelves.

A beautiful desk that can be used as a decorative/ dress piece or as a fully functioning desk space.

A truly stunning English roll top/ tambour desk in oak. It dates from the 1920s-30’s. Solid construction and beautiful quality oak. The condition of the desk is excellent. It has been fully cleaned and re-waxed to show the beauty of the oak. The tambour door works smoothly, as do all drawers and the pull out top shelves. There is a dry grain crack line to the top of the desk work surface. It is not raised and is purely cosmetic.

A beautiful desk that can be used as a decorative/ dress piece or as a fully functioning desk space.
