This is a simply stunning large antique bench in pine throughout. It was originally made in the mid 19th Century (c 1830-60) for Bideford Cricket Club in Devon (formed in 1823), where it sat until now. Handmade by a skilled craftsman it now has everything you could wish for – size, colour, patina and provenance.

A simply stunning old school/ science lab cabinet dating from the 1920’s. It is in its original solid oak finish with original glass and beautifully aged brass hardware. It would have been used to store science equipment and/ or books within a school. The oak is now the perfect colour with a patina that only time can create. A super size, offering so much stylish storage that it is no doubt a statement piece. The shelves in the top section are fully adjustable (or removable) with the original brass side rails and shelf hangers.
Pieces such as this are so hard to find in original condition. Grab a slice of history and make an investment at the same time.

We love the shape of this original early 20th Century European pine bench in original paint. It dates from around the 1920’s/30’s, with great signs of wear that add to it’s character. Fantastic original paint and patina which would be a very stylish addition to any room. The back has a great design, with all of the dowels in a solid state.
Use as a garden bench, a hallway bench, bathroom bench or even instead of chairs at the dining table. Very flexible.

A superb chest of drawers in oak, dating from around 1930. The drawers are in a beautifully grained oak with original decorative handles. The drawers came out of a private home where they have been sitting since purchased new. The condition is excellent. A beautiful design with the heavily Art Deco influenced curved corners and curved feet. Very hard to find in such good original condition. All three drawers are running smoothly.
We have a matching pair available, though the slight difference is with the height of the rear upright at the top of the chests. One upright is taller with a more curved design. The other is shallower. Please see photographs. If you would only like to buy one, please specify if you would like the taller rear upright or shallower one.

An original 1970’s Type 90 Anglepoise lamp in its original white paint colour. Herbert Terry produced the Type 90 for Anglepoise in 1973 until 1983 when they were taken to mass produced (Type 90 Apex) and no longer produced by Herbert Terry in Reditch. A very nicely styled and aged original lamp in a great colour and original vintage condition. The lamp has the stamp of the Anglepoise Trademark Type 90 on the base fork uprights (see photographs) to prove its heritage and authenticity.
Very popular vintage lamps that sell really quickly – and we completely understand why. They look fantastic already but will just keep getting better with time.
